SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping conditions

The seller will deliver the products to the buyer at the address specified by the buyer using trusted shipping companies or courier services. The ordered goods will be shipped after receipt of payment and exclusively within the country (SANUSCOMPANIES).

ECAIA are shipped internationally and normally within the following time frames:

Italy: 1–3 days

EU: 3–6 days

The estimated delivery time is displayed directly in the online shop, although deviations are possible. In cases where this is not possible, delivery must in any case take place within 30 days, whereby the partner company (SANUSCOMPANY) must expressly notify the customer of this by email in such cases. 30 days, in which case the partner company (SANUSCOMPANY) must expressly notify the customer by email.

If the buyer is not present at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will normally be made. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the customer will normally be contacted directly to arrange another delivery date. If the customer cannot be reached or delivery is not possible for a third time, the package will normally be returned to the seller. The customer will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs. If the customer requests a new delivery, the shipping costs will be charged again and must be paid before shipment. Any return shipping costs will also be borne by the customer. If the courier or shipping company agrees to make further delivery attempts, any additional costs will be borne by the buyer. The seller is not liable for delays or non-delivery of goods in the event of inaccurate or incorrect address details provided by the buyer. Since several sellers may be involved in the delivery of an order, and each SANUSCOMPANY is free to choose the courier or shipping company, deviations are also possible here, which is why the procedure described above should only be regarded as a standard procedure. Before each purchase is completed, the respective seller provides the buyer with their terms and conditions for confirmation in order to proceed with the purchase.

Return conditions

The buyer may withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving reasons within the statutory period—14 (fourteen) calendar days throughout the EU—from receipt of the ordered goods.

If the buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the seller by doing the following within the specified period:

sends an explicit and unambiguous statement (registered letter by mail) regarding their decision to withdraw from the contract and returns the goods to

• or simply returns the ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal is exercised within the specified period if the registered letter is sent within this period and, in any case, the goods are demonstrably handed over to the post office or the carrier.

The burden of proof regarding the proper exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the buyer.
